Our office offers a great program called Whitening for Life. With this program, New Patients will receive a whitening kit and custom trays with a completed new patient exam, cleaning, and x-rays for $49. If they keep their 6-month recare visits, they will receive additional complimentary gel for the rest of their life! If an existing patient wishes to begin the Whitening for Life program, they will have a one time fee of only $99. Then at every 6-month preventative check up, they will receive complimentary whitening trays for their lifetime!
